Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders Over $100

Enjoy FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100 within the United States.

Shipping Time

Our goal is to have your order processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Due to certain circumstances outside of our control, shipping times may vary and are estimates only. Prize Panda is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Digital Products

Quick Entry products and other digital merchandise are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Digital products are fulfilled immediately upon completion of purchase. No tracking number will be issued for digital-only orders.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Prize Panda is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier has confirmed delivery but you have not received your package, please first contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly. If they are unable to locate your package, contact our customer support team at support@prizepanda.io and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking

Once your order is processed and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to appear. If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact Customer Support directly at support@prizepanda.io.

Address Correction

If you need an address correction after placing your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been shipped.

Orders Sent Back to Us

Orders with an undeliverable address will be returned to us. If we receive your order back, we will contact you for an address update. Once the order is reshipped, you will receive a new tracking number.
