Refunds & Returns

We stand behind every order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible merchandise for a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery. All transactions are processed in US Dollars.

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking record.

Item condition: Items must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund at Prize Panda's sole discretion.

Return shipping: Prize Panda covers return shipping on eligible refund requests inside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We will email you a prepaid return label after your return is approved.

Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Original shipping charges (if any) are refunded along with the item price.

To start a return, email support@prizepanda.io with your order number and the reason for the return. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the same item-condition rules above. Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value; if you select a higher-value item, you are responsible for the price difference. Prize Panda will ship the replacement item at no additional shipping charge.

To initiate an exchange, email support@prizepanda.io with your order number, the item you would like in exchange, and your preferred size.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@prizepanda.io. We will replace the item at no cost to you. After 30 days, we assume no further liability for defective merchandise.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on underwear, socks, or similar intimate apparel items. We also do not accept exchanges on digital products (including Quick Entry products and other digital merchandise), sale items, or gift cards.

Sweepstakes Entries

All sweepstakes entries are automatically submitted upon completion of a qualifying purchase and are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. Any refund or return of merchandise (including exchanges resulting in a net credit) shall result in the automatic voiding of all sweepstakes entries associated with that transaction. Entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@prizepanda.io before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed against Prize Panda:

  • The associated account will be permanently suspended and banned from all future purchases on our platform.
  • Any pending orders, unredeemed sweepstakes entries, or prizes associated with the account may be forfeited.
  • Prize Panda reserves the right to pursue recovery of any losses, fees, or costs resulting from fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, including but not limited to processor fees, administrative costs, and the value of any merchandise or prizes already fulfilled.

Filing a chargeback on a purchase that included sweepstakes entries constitutes a voluntary forfeiture of those entries and any associated prizes, whether or not the prize has been drawn or awarded.

Fraud & Abuse

Prize Panda reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold prizes from any individual who we reasonably believe is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity. This includes, but is not limited to: use of stolen payment methods, identity misrepresentation, exploitation of platform errors or promotions, coordinated abuse, or any violation of our Terms of Service or Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Limitation of Liability

Prize Panda's total liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order. In no event shall Prize Panda, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our platform or products.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Modifications

Prize Panda reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to https://prizepanda.io. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
